Aqua Aerobics - An energizing, low impact water fitness that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises.
Bootcamp - This class is the ultimate workout for the cross trainer. We will challenge your agility, speed, strength, and endurance. This is a great workout for cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength.
Circuit Walk - An Instructor led fitness walk either outdoor or in the Dome. You will use body weight or props to tone and strength, tighten core and utilize balance. Stretching will be included to lengthen and limber. Great for all levels!
Cycle - Start pedaling and have our instructors take you on a 60 minute ride to Health and Wellness. All levels are welcome.
