Class Descriptions

All in One - You'll get a little of everything in this class; calorie burning cardio, toning with a variety of equipment . This is a well-rounded workout and excellent for people who are returning to exercise.

Aqua Aerobics - An energizing, low impact water fitness that combines both strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises.

Body Balance - This mind/body flow will align the senses and leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and maybe even a llittle bit more zen!

Butts and Guts - Focuses purely on strengthening your abs and butt. A combination of strength enhancing and muscle toning exercises that will target common problem areas

Cycle - Start pedaling and have our instructors take you on a 60 minute ride to Health and Wellness. All levels are welcome.

Gentle Yoga - Perfect for those new to yoga or those just looking to stretch, lengthen tight muscles, unwind, breathe.

Group Centergy Group Centergy - REDEFINE YOUR SELF with Group Centergy®. Grow longer and stronger in this invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. Group Centergy incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Group Power Group Power - Group Power® is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

HIIT - This class combines intervals of high intensity cardio segments with shorter recovery exercises in between. The result? Heart pumping, calorie torching FUN!

Kickboxing - An intense full body workout with martial arts inspired choreography and drills. Fun for all fitness levels.

Pure Strength - Increase LEAN mass by decreasing body fat while adding strength and definition. Use of free weights, body weight and other equipment will be used

Silver Sneakers Silver Sneakers - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. Muscular Strength and Range Movement is the Silver Sneakers core class for total body conditioning. An instructor guides you through functional, daily exercise with resistance tools to be used at your own pace. Benefits: Improve overall strength, flexibility, posture, and balance.

Strength Express - An efficient and effective 45 minute full body strength workout for all fitness levels. Various equipment and body weight exercises utilized

Tai Chi Tai Chi - Tai Chi is beneficial for defense training but more important to your overall health. Balance and agility are challenged and improved during this slow moving martial art technique for all ages.

Total Barre - A choreographed combination of dance, Pilates, yoga, strength training and cardio that is done to current hit songs and provides a total body workout in just 45 minutes! This low impact, high intensity class is great for all ages and fitness levels and modifications will be provided.

Yoga - Help strengthen your core and lower back with exercises while your create flexibility and agility are challenged and improved during this slow moving martial art technique for all ages.

Zumba Zumba - This "Latin Inspired" class leaves you invigorated. The class offers tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout, designed to be fun and rejuvenating. The class features interval training techniques where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt the body while burning fat.

Zumba Gold Zumba Gold - Zumba Gold is a full body workout at a slower pace than Zumba. It is ideal for beginners, seniors, and anyone that enjoys international music and dance movement. Come join the party and learn this fun effective way to workout.
